This is my second Frigidaire 25.5 Side by Side. The first one's ice make quit working after 3 years. I decided to purchase another one so I would have a back up refrigerator. My second one worked great for 1 month and then the water in the door started spewing everywhere. Luckily my friend was able to watch a You-tube video and repair it for me because when I called to report the problem, I was told there was no one available to assist at this time. I understand Covid has caused serious problems this year but that is not great customer service. Fingers crossed, everything else will keep working!

The refrigerator was delivered less than a month ago. The freezer has frost built up even after I adjusted the setting and the light in the freezer does not consistently come on when the door is opened.

Great fridge, keeps everything super cold and gives me great tasting water. Its hum is very soothing. It's there for me when I have the munchies with bright piercing light to battle the surrounding darkness.

I bought this Refrig out of sheer necessity!I am a Interior Designer who does Kitchen, Bathroom, entire home design! My own built in Monogram Refrig broke, again, 2 Nd time in 2 yrs!!! Parts on back order for 8 weeks! What to do! I found a store that had this in stock! I LOVE it!!!!! It works well, and stores ALOT of food! Now I have this as a back up but really like it as much as my expensive built in Refrig!!Highly recommend..

I purchased this refrigerator from Lowes and had to return it twice. The ice maker did not work on the first one, now the freezer is freezing over with big pieces of ice on the door.

Is no one looking at these as they leave the factory? We ordered from Lowe™™s. The freezer had large dents along the inside of the walls which warped the door enough that the seal had about an eighth of an inch gap when the door was closed. Meaning, from the side, you could see into the freezer when it was shut. I called Frigidaire and through a series of recorded menus was given a local appliance repair company. They came out and ™fixed™ the problem and three hours later the gap in the seal was back. Thank goodness Lowe™™s was easy to work with™"I went back into the store, chose a different fridge (A GE, which is great so far) and was able to exchange without penalty. I™™m irritated that I had to waste several days of my life on this, though, because Frigidaire doesn™™t want to pay someone for quality control. Also, it was loud™"nobody wants to hear their fridge all the time.

I hope it lasts as long as the 23 year old GE side by side that just gave up on us! Anyway, our stove and dishwasher are Frigidaire and they work like new!

There is no filter light warning it™™s time to replace filter. There is no light that comes on so you can see how far your glass is being filled. I had this same fridge four year ago and it had these lights.

Ice maker did not work right from day one. Completely quit after 30 days. Replacing water filter did not work. Called customer support many times. Went through all the hoops to get the correct extension only to get a recording that they couldn't take my call at this time. Called store where purchased. They replaced it with a new one. Water in this one just trickled out from the dispenser. Very low pressure. Purchased a bypass filter from Frigidaire and now it works fine (we have a whole house filter system). Definitely will look at another brand next time.

I bought this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago since I had another one at my beach house. We liked the overall appearance but we soon found out the ice maker was defective. Since it was brand new and we had a similar problem with our Kitchensid refrigerator we decided to return the unit and bought a GE unit which this far is working very nicely.

Our last fridge (competitor brand) was not quite 10 years old (only 2 to us) and the freezer part died. While we were excited to have to buy a new refrigerator, I am totally happy with this purchase. It is a no frills fridge and freezer with a basic ice make and water dispenser which gets a LOT of use. I am completely happy with the design and room of this fridge. It's not huge, but has a lot of fridge and freezer space.

I thought people that wrote reviews about noisy refrigerators got defective ones. Nope. This one is loud and the sounds are strange. Normal noises like the ice maker spitting out ice just adds to the symphonic refrigerator. It™™s not enough to bother me too much but my cats do NOT like the noises. They hide from it. I love the space though and will keep it until I can afford a better model.

Not worth the price paid, the freezer accumulates frost, the rubber door gasket does not seal. the light does not work, certainly not energy efficient.

My nearly 30 yr old Kenmore side by side decided to give up over a weekend and needed a replacement quickly. Found this unit and couldn™™t be happier. The freezer is bigger then the old one. Would recommend to others.

I like the layout of the fridge but it is an extremely noisy unit. There are 3 distinct sounds coming out of this fridge that I've never noticed with any other fridge I'm actually replacing the unit with another brand.

I bought this refrigerator for my new home a month ago. My previous refrigerator was an LG. I am so much happier with my Frigidaire. It is much quieter. It has plenty of room. The side by side feature lets me organize much easier and better. The price of the Frigidaire was over $1000 less than my previous LG. I am a satisfied customer.

It has officially been a month and I am pleased with my purchase of the Frigidaire 25.5 Cu. Ft Side x Side refrigerator. It is the perfect size for my needs (not too small nor is it too bulky). One of my favorite features is the water/ice dispensers. With the water dispenser, I can easily fill my water bottles (with the small openings) without making a mess. This is b/c the refrigerator water dispenser has a spout. The exterior of the fridge is streak-free and I don't have an issue with lingering handprints. When set at the right temperatures (freezer/fridge) food hold their temperature nicely. There is adequate shelving room within the fridge and freezer...again depending on how much food your store OR how many in the household.

Less than a year old, has completely died. Door is warped and crooked, was causing freezer not to function and has burnt out system. Repair people here twice, and have said door cant be fixed it is warped. They are still wanting to send more repair people. Have had no refrigerator for weeks, on hold for hours every time I call, get told supervisors will call back and never do. I have no working refrigerator and am absolutely FURIOUS with customer service and defective product I was sold.

I received a brand new refrigerator that I had purchased from Lowes 3 weeks ago. Right off the bat I experienced issues with the ice and water dispensers. Then after a few days I noticed that moisture was getting inside the freezer. We called a service tech to come check it out and he noticed that the refrigerator wasn't sealed properly and was defective. Suffice it to say it is extremely frustrating to get a brand new refrigerator that is defective. Plus it takes 10 days from the date the service tech verified that the refrigerator was delivered with this issue to get a ruling on whether they will replace the refrigerator or not . While I understand these things can happen it is extremely frustrating to be waiting 10 plus days to get feedback on what the next steps are going to be. That doesn't even account for the time its going to take for them to ship a new one. I am not thrilled about my current experience with Frigidaire.
